Your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content is subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, EU consumers can access alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies listed at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/dispute-resolution-bodies.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, which continue to apply.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
